1. Shipping Providers

While Royal Flame Designs is a local SC seller, our products are shipped via various print-on-demand providers, including Printify and Gelato. This ensures that your product is printed with the highest quality and shipped to you as quickly as possible.


2. Domestic Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic shipments within the U.S. usually arrive within 7-14 days.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.


3. International Shipping

Processing Time: International orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Delivery Time: Depending on the destination, international shipments can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for most international orders. However, tracking might be limited for certain destinations.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the product’s weight, dimensions, destination, and the chosen shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.


5. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Missing Shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, first track your order using the provided tracking number. If the tracking doesn’t provide clarity, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, kindly take clear photos of the damage and contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll guide you through the replacement process.


6. Packaging

Your items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Apparel items may come in poly mailers or boxes, while larger orders may be packaged in corrugated boxes. We aim to ensure that your products arrive in pristine condition.

Returns & Refunds

At Royal Flame Designs, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, this section will guide you through our return and refund processes.

1. Return Eligibility

Products Eligible for Return:

  • Apparel and accessories that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Products received that do not match the description or order.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Any digital products or downloads.
  • Customized items, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.

2. Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns attempted after this period will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Packaging: Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. Return Label: Depending on the reason for the return, we may provide a prepaid return label or instruct you on where to send the return.
  4. Send Product: Ship the product using the instructions provided.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7-14 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day return period.

5. Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, we can provide an exchange for the same product. Initiate this by contacting our customer support, providing your order number, and describing the issue.


6. Returning Products to Print-on-Demand Providers

As we work with various print-on-demand providers, such as Printify and Gelato, the return address may differ based on the product. Please wait for instructions from our customer service team before sending back any products to ensure they are directed to the correct location.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (received incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Return Status

If you haven’t received your refund after the estimated processing time, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
