Royal Flame Designs Return Policy


General Return Guidelines:

  1. Return Period: Customers may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or packing slip.

Specific Return Procedures:

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately. We will guide you on the return process depending on the provider (Printify or Gelato) that shipped your product. A prepaid shipping label may be provided, and you’ll have the option to receive a refund or a replacement item.

  2. Sale Items: Items on sale at the time of purchase can be returned, but the refund will reflect the sale price, not the original price.

  3. Custom Designs: Customized items (both printed and digital download) are not eligible for return unless there’s a defect in the product or a printing error.

  4. Digital Products: Digital products, including digital downloads, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Returning Products from Printify or Gelato: For items printed and shipped by Printify or Gelato, follow our standard return procedures. Once we receive your return request, we will liaise with the respective print-on-demand provider to manage the return. Note that each provider has its own specific return procedures, and we’ll adhere to those while processing your return.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Always initiate the return process by contacting our customer service.

  2. Packing: Repack the item in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.

  3. Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
